CBTA

The CBTA is here! Are you prepared for it?

CBTA (Competency Based Training and Assessment) approach for “dangerous goods by air transportation training” was approved by ICAO and it should become compulsory by January 2023.

Its main goal is to produce a competent workforce instead of “employees that passed an exam’’.
One of the most important principles will be the 3 competency factors (knowledge, Skills and Attitude.), according to the different levels of proficiency required (introductory, basic, intermediate and advance).

The process will require the companies to follow the ADDIE model, in 5 phases:

Analyze training needs

Design the training

Develop the materials

Implement (conduct the training)

Evaluate the course

DGM is ready to help you in the process. If you need additional information, contact us!
